NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT - $200 deposit to schedule appointment and $200 at time of first appointment

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT - $150

We accept cash and credit card as well as PayPal. We do not bill insurance but can provide you with a receipt to see if your insurance will reimburse your payment.

We do accept payments through PayPal financing which often allows patients to divide the cost into several equal payments over time.

**We cannot accept patients with Medicare or Medicaid due to their current policies which restrict some physicians from accepting cash pay.
